Full Time Assignee South Holland, IL, US Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually PROGRAM: MOMS Care Coordination Pathway for Pregnant Women and Women with Dependent Children. REPORTS TO: Program Director JOB TYPE: Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY Offers recovery support in the community and on-site, provides mentorship, guidance, and emotional support to participants, drawing on lived experience to foster trust, and engagement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Offer one-on-one mentoring and facilitate support groups. Share lived experience to normalize challenges and encourage engagement. Assist participants in navigating services and building coping skills. Participate in program planning and outreach efforts. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Lived experience as a mother with challenges similar to program participants (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Training in trauma-informed care and peer support (can be provided on the job). #J-18808-Ljbffr
