Job Summary:

Provide specialized dialysis nursing care to patients requiring renal therapy. Deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer dialysis treatments to patients with chronic or acute renal failure.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status during procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to patient emergencies and adverse reactions.
  
  
• 
  Float to other units or departments as needed to support staffing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Possess current dialysis certification or relevant clinical experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in renal care and patient assessment.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR and emergency response certifications.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Adapt to varied shifts, including days and nights.
