Complete Care is seeking a Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support to lead and support HR across Wisconsin facilities. This role partners with operations to ensure consistent practices, regulatory compliance, and exceptional employee support. Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will mentor HR leaders, conduct file audits, and drive employee relations initiatives while traveling to centers as needed to fill leadership gaps and oversee policy implementation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
