Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

RN – Medical/Surgical and Labor & Delivery

Schedule: 4x12 Nights

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly

Requirements:

• Professional State License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• NRP and STABLE certifications are highly encouraged
• Experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit while maintaining full-time hours and staffing coverage.
• Float to other departments as required based on facility needs.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Compliance / Notes:

• No Pets allowed in facility-provided housing.
• If housing is requested, costs may be incurred, with rates ranging from $500 to $650 monthly, subject to change.
