Compensation Rate: $51-$70/h DOE
Requirements:
- Master's degree with a Licensed BCBA Professional in CA.
- Two (2) years' experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses.
- Competency in writing support plans and effective verbal communication skills.
- Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required.
Description:
BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis. They conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in a Behavioral Support Home (IDDs) to develop the behavior support plan. BCBAs work within a multidisciplinary setting.
