Location: West Chester, PA (onsite role need local) (usually only 2-3 days a week, but sometimes for a week at a time). Candidates must be strictly local as no travel or relocation expenses will be paid.

The Java Developer will join the US-Comms, Media & Technology team to drive a mission-critical, short-term project focusing on order management backend systems. The team's mission is to rapidly design, scale, and maintain stable microservices that support enterprise application integration. This role leverages modern development practices and automated accelerators to deliver high-quality, scalable code in an agile environment.

Develop and maintain backend applications and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

Develop and support APIs, backend services, and integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and application behavior, identify root causes, and implement fixes to ensure system stability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to support agile delivery.

Utilize GenAI tools and automation accelerators to improve development efficiency, code quality, documentation, testing, and defect analysis.

Follow development best practices including code reviews, CI/CD processes, secure coding standards, and technical documentation.
