Regular Full-Time | Company Headquarters, Springfield, NJ, US 5 days ago | Requisition ID: 1448 Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $145,000.00 Annually Responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external relationships. The Program Manager will have: Financial Controls – ensuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets Schedule Controls – ensuring on-time contract performance with appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements Contractual Submittals – ensuring timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements Customer Relations – develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers – be the face of Valcor to our customer. Other important elements for success: a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures. A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must. Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience preferable but not required. All candidates must meet the US persons criteria. Please note: The salary range is based on our market pay structure. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
