You'll be part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care. What You'll Do * Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision * Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children * Collect accurate session data and progress notes * Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills * Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success * Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: * Consistent, compassionate engagement with children * Accurate data collection and follow-through * Openness to feedback and skill development * Team collaboration and reliability * Professionalism and positive attitude ____________________________________________________________________________________ Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience) * High School Diploma / Associate's Degree: $21.00 - $26.00/hour * Bachelor's Degree: $22.00 - $26.00/hour Additional factors that may increase starting pay include: * Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings * Higher levels of education or relevant coursework * Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve * Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification) ____________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications * Minimum age of 18 * High School diploma or GED required * Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including: * Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs * Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session * Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed * No prior ABA experience required - we train you ____________________________________________________________________________________ Experience That Transfers Well * Childcare or education (nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional) * Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies * Mental health or human services roles * Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience ____________________________________________________________________________________ Why CAS Is Different We intentionally design BT roles that: * Offer stability without burnout * Provide real training-not just shadowing * Create clear paths for growth and advancement * Recognize and reward your impact ____________________________________________________________________________________ Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
