Craft Recruiter

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned craft/trades staffing needs Work with managers to understand and meet staffing needs across business lines Implement strategic initiatives to recruit diverse talent in multi-site operations Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood with hiring managers Track and report key staffing metrics for projects Follow up with hiring managers, project managers, and candidates throughout the interview and recruiting process Participate in career events and career fairs when required Maintain database information for assigned positions Assist with verification and onboarding of new hires Support candidates and new hires through a smooth onboarding process Perform assigned HR-related duties Requirements 3+ years of industrial craft/trades staffing experience related to the oil and gas industry, construction, engineering, or related fields Ability to work on site in a field office environment Ability to recruit at all organizational levels, from entry-level positions to journeyman and field supervisory roles Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-based project skills Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle process Understanding of applicable laws regarding employment selection Strong time management skills Strong experience recruiting through social media, including LinkedIn and job boards Ability to meet attendance and punctuality requirements Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office In-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research Experience in general HR functions preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting for industrial craft/trades, particularly within the oil and gas industry. Proficient in utilizing social media for recruitment and managing onboarding processes effectively.
