As a HVAC Technician you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. You can expect to be providing technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Successful candidates will reside in Little Rock, Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory. *company vehicle provided* You’re a great fit if you can… Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups. Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of commercial energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues. Compensation Range $55,700.00 - $83,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
