What You’ll Do Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM-quality standards Color match and blend panels accurately Work with our current solvent-based paint systems Maintain clean, organized paint area Communicate with technicians and management Take pride in producing high-quality finishes What We’re Looking For 2+ years experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level with training mindset) Detail-oriented and quality-focused Reliable and on timeTeam player with good attitude Able to manage time and production flow Compensation & Benefits $24–$30+ per hour Performance/production incentives Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Simple IRA with company match Stable, steady workflow Clean, organized shop environment We are looking to hire soon!
