• Provide evidence-based mental health treatment tailored to the unique needs of individual patients through telehealth sessions, utilizing video conferencing and phone calls as necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and establish goals for recovery.

• Facilitate individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions, ensuring therapeutic approaches align with best practices and patient preferences.

• Perform mental health evaluations and provide diagnostic assessments to accurately identify conditions and recommend effective interventions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will assess clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that your approach is culturally competent and sensitive to their unique experiences. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a current and active License as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
