Substation Project Manager In this critical role, you will manage substation projects from inception through close-out, ensuring the delivery of reliable, resilient, and sustainable power systems. Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate single or multi‑discipline project teams through all project phases. Oversee complex small to medium projects or routine large projects. Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently. Establish and maintain client relationships and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Lead work sessions for deliverable development with stakeholders. Manage staffing and workload throughout the project life cycle to meet schedule targets. Track financial performance, adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule constraints. Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leaders for periodic project reviews. Implement QA/QC procedures. Perform other duties as required. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. PMP certification. EPC experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Seven years of related experience, including at least two years in project management. Professional engineering license recognized in the jurisdiction of the position (e.g., PE or P.Eng). Experience with MS Office and MS Project. Demonstrated leadership skills. Commitment to an employee‑owned culture.
