We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides who want more than just a job—you want to make a difference. As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide one-on-one care that helps our clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.You’ll work in a variety of settings, including private residences, assisted living communities, and nursing homes, building genuine relationships and becoming a trusted part of someone’s daily life. If you’re caring, patient, and take pride in helping others, this role offers purpose, flexibility, and the opportunity to leave every shift knowing you made someone’s day better.What You’ll DoProvide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistanceOffer companionship and emotional support while promoting dignity and independenceMonitor and observe client conditions and report any changes to the care teamAssist with medication reminders or administration as directed with 6 hours Med Tech certificationTake and document vital signs accurately using EMR/EHR systemsSupport clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care, using compassionate memory-care techniquesSafely assist with medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, catheter care, and mobility devicesPrepare meals and assist with feeding to support proper nutritionPerform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, basic cleaning) to maintain a safe, comfortable environmentMaintain accurate documentation and protect patient privacy (HIPAA compliant)What We’re Looking ForExperience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care preferredCPR certification required (additional certifications such as dementia or hospice care are a plus)Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or developmental disabilities preferredFamiliarity with medical documentation and EMR/EHR systemsStrong observation skills and attention to safetyA kind, patient, and compassionate personality with excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently while following care plans and safety protocolsValid driver’s license preferred for travel between client locationsWhy You’ll Love Working With UsMeaningful, rewarding work where you see the impact of your careSupportive team environment that values and respects caregiversOpportunities to work one-on-one with clients and build lasting relationshipsA company culture focused on compassion, respect, and quality careIf you have a heart for caregiving and want a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you.
