Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with the restaurant leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. Additional Information Pay rate is $50k - $65k for certified General Managers.
