Document and Evaluate Progress: Keep accurate records of patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure their success.

Must possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Continuing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported for professional growth.

A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is mandatory.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
