Seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our practice team. This is a strong opportunity for a licensed dental professional who values patient care and is interested in working closely with an experienced dental laboratory team to deliver precise, high-quality restorative outcomes.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients while collaborating with laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure well-fitting restorations and excellent treatment results, within an environment that supports ongoing professional growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
• Delivering general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other treatments
• Collaborating with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements
• Reviewing case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians
• Educating patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Coordinating with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
• Staying current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices
• Pursuing ongoing learning opportunities to expand clinical skills

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Arizona
• Experience providing general and restorative dental care; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, restorative principles, and treatment planning
• Comfort working with digital dental workflows and coordinating with laboratory teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient outcomes
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Interest in continued professional development
