You'll work with precision and pride to handle various tasks to support the smooth operation of our warehouse including receiving, storing, and distributing products. We value those who can think on their feet and contribute to solutions.What You'll Need...Must be 18 years or older1-3 years experience working in a light industrial warehouse environment with preference to employees with backgrounds in E-Commerce environments1 year minimum experience required working in the CPG Industry (Consumer Packaged Goods). Employees will be picking and packing at the eaches level (singular units) and comfortable Picking, verifying and scanning products that range in various sizes and weights.Strong punctuality, dependability, and time management skills, with consistent attendanceStrong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse or industrial settingAbility to communicate clearly and follow instructions or directions from Team Leads and ManagementFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plusPhysical ability to perform repetitive or continuous tasks, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and weatherWork Environment...Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm with additional mandatory overtime hours as needed during peak seasonsMay involve exposure to loud machinery, fluctuating temperatures, and moving mechanical partsWhat We Offer...Competitive hourly rate $17.00 to $18.00Opportunity for full-time employment after peak seasonRTIC Outdoors, LLC embraces diversity in our workforce and is committed to providing an environment of mutual respect.
