**Exciting Opportunity: RN - LDRPN for Night Shift!** **Job Description:** - Be a pivotal member of a compassionate nursing team, providing both routine and complex care. - Work independently while demonstrating awareness of all clinical aspects, ensuring top-quality patient care. - Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families. - Utilize the nursing process efficiently, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Administer medications and treatments using proper protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Keep detailed documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. - Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying available resources. - Engage with fellow nurses and other care providers to create a collaborative and supportive environment. **Job Requirements:** **Education/Skills:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. **Experience:** - 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:** - Current BLS certification required (AHA only). - Current NRP certification required. - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only). - Current certification in one of the following: AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM). - Current STABLE certification needed from participant, lead instructor, or support instructor courses. - RN License in the state of NM or compact. **Position Requirements:** - All experienced newly hired RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. - New hires will be precepted by a designated trained staff member, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements is mandatory. **Work Schedule:** - Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM **Work Type:** - Full Time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
