Pediatrician - Community Health Center
Connecticut Institute for Communities
Connecticut Institute for Communities seeks a Pediatrician to provide comprehensive primary care to children and adolescents in a community health setting. The Pediatrician will deliver well-child care, acute and chronic disease management, immunizations, developmental screenings, and family-centered health education. Working in an inclusive, team-based environment, this role collaborates with nurses, behavioral health, and social services to improve outcomes for underserved families. The Pediatrician will participate in quality improvement, community outreach, and care coordination, helping shape innovative public health and preventive programs that advance long-term community well-being.
