• Experience handling inbound and outbound phone calls preferred.

• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Ability to accurately enter, update, and correct customer orders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be available to work weekends as scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support field sales representatives by resolving customer issues and providing timely order assistance.
• No sales or upselling required focus is on delivering exceptional customer support.
