Workers Compensation Pricing AnalystThe Workers Compensation Pricing Analyst is responsible for evaluating or assessing the business submitted by identifying, selecting and assessing risk to determine adequate pricing.What you will do:Perform detailed analysis of legal entity which includes identifying exposures, completing a loss analysis, assigning workers compensation classification codes and determining appropriate workers compensation pricing within provided authority levels.Establish and maintain disciplined approach to review and manage the risk with the ultimate objective to approve profitable business.Develop effective relationships with TriNet colleagues in order to be able to collaborate throughout the WC review processPresent workers compensation business for approval by the worker's compensation insurance carrier that falls under submission guidelines to the Lead WC Pricing AnalystProvide consultative advice to management on WC Pricing guidelines, pricing standards and procedures.Complies with all policies and standardsEducation Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience requiredExperience Qualifications:Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation requiredExperience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform preferredExperience with the Professional Employer Organization business model preferredSkills and Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong knowledge and understanding of workers compensation pricing/ratingExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to build consensus between Sales and WC Pricing Team.A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplaceAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly-evolving business and work environment while prioritizing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteLicenses and Certifications:AINS or AU preferredTravel Requirements:MinimalWork Environment:Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta, Minneapolis, Austin or Denver.
