Market Maintenance Coordinator Market Maintenance Coordinator Apply locations: Orlando, FL Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted Yesterday Job requisition ID: R-004814 As a Market Maintenance Coordinator, you will play an integral role in managing the market’s quality of appearance, including illumination, vegetation cutting, and cost controls. You will systematically drive throughout the market territory, inspecting out-of-home advertising locations to identify issues related to posting, illumination, and vegetation. You will conduct research to process work orders and instructions to address any issues discovered. Additionally, you will oversee projects arising from your inspections to ensure proper resolution. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Driving throughout the market territory to observe, evaluate, and photograph inventory for maintenance reporting. Maintaining detailed records and processing necessary reports. Communicating effectively and professionally with officials, property owners, managers, and other professionals. Using mapping programs such as Google Earth and online/hard copy tax maps to identify property boundaries. Traversing various terrains on foot to identify and mark job sites accurately. Inspecting inventory for lighting and other issues during frequent nighttime drives. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Handling special projects as directed by the Operations Manager and General Manager. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Experience handling highly confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written skills. Proficiency with technical tools and systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines. CDL required. Knowledge of track skid steer machines and hydraulic attachments. Ability to operate a forklift. Ability to operate gas-powered equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, weed trimmers, and backpack blowers. Ability to work at heights (not primary but required).
