About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse/ LPN (12-Hour Day Shift) at Parc Provence, you'll be an integral part of our healthcare team. You'll work closely with our medically trained staff, including our administrator with 30 years of nursing experience and our medical directors from Washington University, to provide unrivaled care 24 hours a day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily living tasks
- Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communications
- Participate in on-call and rotational shifts as needed
