American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier local financial firm in Longview, WA to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist . In this key client-facing role, you will greet incoming visitors, assist with new account setups, manage client records, and provide core administrative support. If you bring strong Microsoft Office skills, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier customer service habits, we want to hear from you!

• Warmly greet and welcome visitors, ensuring an exceptional first impression, and direct them to the appropriate advisor or department.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Provide detailed administrative support including scanning, filing, preparing client packet materials, and updating confidential client database records.
• Assist with opening new client accounts, processing documentation, and supporting onboarding administrative workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office and reception environment.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 / hour (Scaling based on experience).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Consistent weekday schedule with weekends OFF!).
• Location: Longview, WA financial office.
• Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire path offering long-term career stability.

• Computer Proficiency: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) with strong general computer literacy.
• Customer Service: Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Compliance & Screening: Must be able to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and be bondable for financial industry standards.
• Experience: Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
• Verification: Professional references required.
• Exceptional record of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and jobsite reliability.
