Through proprietary, ground-up technology, we are changing the landscape and are empowering client companies to provide broader access to the best retirement services possible while significantly lowering administration costs and increasing efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness, far beyond industry expectations./ph3Role/h3pAs a SENIOR RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST, reporting directly to the Reconciliation Manager, your key objectives will be to assist in defining and executing the reconciliation process, to collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate record-keeping, and to support the day-to-day operations of the reconciliation function./ph3Responsibilities/h3pThe essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliAssist in developing and documenting the reconciliation process for daily cash movements initiated by the system and operations teams./liliImplement controls to ensure accurate balancing and reconciliation of our system of record./liliAssist in identifying requirements for new tools and utilities to enhance the efficiency of the reconciliation process./liliIdentifies root causes of discrepancies and implements effective solutions./liliCollaborate with production support engineers to address issues discovered during the reconciliation process, such as trade rejects, dividends posting, settlements, and unit outages./liliAssessing the potential risk associated with financial discrepancies and developing strategies to mitigate them./li/ulh3Required Skills/Abilities/h3ulliStrong problem-solving and analytical skills./liliAttention to detail and accuracy in work./liliProficiency in relevant technical skills and software tools for reconciliation tasks./liliUnderstanding of basic accounting principles, ledgers and reconciliation processes./li/ulh3Education and Experience/h3ulliBachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting Finance, or a related field./liliFive (5) to seven (7) years of experience in analytical roles or equivalent./liliExperience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred./liliMust be US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible to work in the US permanently./li/ulpIRALOGIX is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a team that embraces diversity, represents a variety of backgrounds, and upholds inclusiveness.
