Enjoy a daytime schedule; our hours of business are from 6:30 am -2:30 pm. Great for part-time! Great for a second job! Weekends and holidays are required (that's when we are the busiest!) What You'll Be Doing: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans according to health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including sinks, machines, floors, and work surfaces Operate dish machines safely and report any issues to management Take out trash, and recycling Assist with restocking clean dishes and small wares to the appropriate stations Support kitchen staff by helping with basic prep or cleaning tasks when needed Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness procedures Keep up with dish flow during peak service periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain proper chemical usage and ensure correct sanitation levels Physical & Lifting Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift (typically 4–8 hours) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (bus tubs, trash bags, stacks of dishes, equipment) Frequent bending, reaching, scrubbing, and working around hot water and steam Ability to work in a warm, humid dish area with constant movement Work Environment High‑volume breakfast and lunch service Exposure to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and continuous noise Requires strong teamwork, communication, and a positive, dependable work ethic If you are able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we would like to meet you!
