Qualifications & Experience:

• Active North Carolina SLP license, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to split schedule between two school locations
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services
• Proficiency in developing IEPs, conducting evaluations, and documenting progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely progress reports
• Travel between two elementary campuses as part of a regular workday
