You will gain hands-on experience in growing an agency while learning exactly what it takes to run a successful business. Responsibilities Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty license Life & Health license Pay and Employment Information Pay $36,000 - $70,000 Compensation $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Notes State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
