Inventory Control Team Member

Are you a detail-driven, organized team player with a knack for keeping things in order? We're hiring an Inventory Control Team Member to support our culinary warehouse operations and help ensure our production teams have the materials they needon time, every time.

What You'll Do:

• Inventory Accuracy: Receive, label, and store items properly; audit inventory in real-time using ERP (X3) systems.
• System Updates: Track materials and finished goods in X3, ensuring every count, code, and lot number matches.
• Stock Monitoring: Regularly check inventory levels, communicate shortages or overages, and support restock decisions.
• Internal Communication: Serve as a key contact for warehouse and manufacturing teams to coordinate inventory flow.
• Process Improvement: Investigate inventory issues and suggest solutions that improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Material Support: Ensure timely delivery of audited materials to manufacturing; manage and track over/under usage.
• Returns & Labeling: Accurately label and log all manufacturing returns into the system and return them to correct storage.
• Team Collaboration: Support warehouse staff, provide retraining if needed, and uphold inventory best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required
• Strong attention to detail and math skills (no calculator needed!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with email communication
• Quick to learn new systemsexperience with ERP systems (X3) is a big plus
• Critical thinker with strong time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day, exposure to cold temperatures as cold as 5 degrees.

Payrate $20.00/hr

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Education: High School Diploma Required

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Must be able to communicate electronically through use of email and other similar computer platforms.
• Able to learn new programs easily and quickly.

Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

• Must be able to use "critical thinking" skills to resolve problems or improve the program overall.
• Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Must have mastery of basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing without the use of a calculator.

Position may require extended hours including evenings and/or weekends, travel to multiple work sites and occasional out-of-district travel. Must be able to drive their own vehicle to other work sites.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work is performed primarily in an office and production facility that may sometimes experience extreme temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
