Senior Functional QA Consultant / Feature Quality Owner - Belgium (Hybrid)

Project: UHMEP – eHealth Platform Context UHMEP is a new part of the Belgian eHealth programme and aims to digitalise the referral prescription process and medical proposals between healthcare actors. The platform centralises and exchanges sensitive healthcare data and must ensure that prescriptions and treatment proposals are processed in a reliable, secure and error-free manner. Given · the critical nature of the platform · the number of actors involved (prescribers, healthcare providers, patients, insurance institutions) · the number of prescriptions per year (several tens of millions) functional validation must be conducted with a high level of rigor. The objective is to ensure that business rules, workflows, data exchanges and user-experience are validated end-to-end before reaching production. The project already includes automated testing capabilities. The objective of this role is to strengthen thefunctional quality layer by ensuring proper test analysis, coverage definition, execution discipline and structured reporting. The consultant will work in close laboration with thewhole team and businessto ensure the functional reliability of the solution. Key Responsibilities • Analyse user stories and functional specifications to ensure full testability of healthcare workflows (shift-left) • Design and maintain functional test scenarios covering business rules and end-to-end processes • Identify functional gaps, edge cases and integration risks across the platform • Maintain structured test cases and regression suites in a test management tool (TestLink or equivalent) • Execute functional, integration and regression tests across supported platforms • Ensure accurate tracking of test execution and defect status • Report on test coverage, execution progress and defect follow-up • laborate with development teams to analyse and resolve defects • Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders • Contribute to release validation and Go / No-Go recommendations Mandatory Experience • Minimum 8years of experience in functional software testing • Proven experience asTest Analyst or Feature Quality Owner • Strong experience intest analysis, scenario design and functional validation • Experience working inAgile / Scrum environments • Experience managing test cases inTestLink, Xray, Zephyr scale, Octane or equivalent tools • Experience withJira or equivalent tools • Experience supportingUAT campaigns with business stakeholders Required Skills • Strong analytical mindset and structured testing approach • Ability to identifyedge cases and functional inconsistencies • Strong focus ontest coverage, execution discipline and traceability • Team player • Clear and structured reporting of testing activities ·Hands-on mentality ·Agile mindset Preferred Experience • Experience inpublic sector or regulated environments • Experience testingmulti-system integrations • Experience validatingmulti-platform applications (web and mobile) Languages Good understanding of Dutch, French and English Fluent in French or Dutch Required Skills Agile / Scrum, JIRA (or equiv), Quality assurance, Testing #J-18808-Ljbffr
