UX Strategist and ResearcherThe Opportunity:We are seeking a UX Strategist and Researcher to lead user‑centered research and experience strategy for digital twins and Unity‑based applications. You will identify user goals, workflows, and pain points and translate those insights into clear experience direction for multidisciplinary teams.In this role, you will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and product teams to define research objectives, manage expectations, and ensure user insights shape product and design decisions. You will produce core documentation such as engagement plans and findings reports as well as maintain continuity through design‑development tracking and coordinated handoffs in a fast‑moving environment.This position requires autonomy, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage upwards while influencing strategy. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
