In this pivotal role, you will oversee curriculum development, ensure full compliance with ACGME standards, guide trainee evaluation and wellness initiatives, and assess clinical competency across all levels. You will spearhead a mission-driven recruitment process, represent the department on key committees, and collaborate with clinical and research leaders to integrate innovative training models and high-quality scholarly activity into the residency experience. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to shaping and advancing the program's administrative and educational vision, complemented by 40% clinical effort.
*We seek an accomplished psychiatric educator with a passion for developing the next generation of clinicians and leaders. Candidates must hold an MD and be board-certified in general psychiatry, possess a New York State medical license, and bring at least three years of leadership, administrative, and teaching experience within an ACGME-accredited training program.
