Responsibilities

• Prospect for and convert buyer and seller leads
• Advise clients throughout the purchase and sale process
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Negotiate contracts while representing clients' interests
• Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs
• Provide a high-quality, memorable client experience

Ideal Candidate

• Holds an active Indiana real estate license or is currently completing licensing coursework
• Demonstrates initiative, discipline, and a strong work ethic
• Maintains a positive attitude and embraces learning
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is motivated by goals and measurable results
• Wants to establish a long-term career in real estate

Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch training
• Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, secure agreements, and identify homes
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
• Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Convert leads into appointments
• Attend weekly meetings and team activities
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Consult with sellers and secure listings
• Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services

Qualifications

• Active Indiana real estate license (or actively enrolled in real estate licensing classes)
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a successful real estate business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable and committed to personal and professional growth
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
• Goal-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new systems
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to serve clients
