Join Our Team as a Barista at Desserts Etc! Are you passionate about coffee, desserts, and creating memorable customer experiences? Desserts Etc., located in Hershey, PA, is looking for a motivated and friendly Barista to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Barista at Desserts Etc., you'll be the face of our bakery and café, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all guests, both in-person and over the phone, with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Learning and mastering all Desserts Etc. products, including our delicious food, beverages, and retail offerings.
- Maintaining our high standards for performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Upholding our reputation and ethos by following health and safety guidelines.
- Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and bakery.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- A genuine interest in coffee and/or desserts, and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
- The ability to work through Fall 2026 as part of our dedicated team.
