This is a per diem 1099 position!**Qualifications/Education Required:*** At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients* Therapist license and registration* BLS from American Heart Association* Physical and QuantiFERON within one year* MMR Titers within 10 years* Malpractice Insurance* NPI #* Must be Worker's Comp certified**Responsibilities:*** Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living* Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition* Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition* Must be able to lift 50lbs* Must be able to stand/work for extended periods* Additional responsibilities as required**Pay up to $100 an hour!
