Responsibilities Welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings. Maintain an organized and presentable reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence. Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations. Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees as needed. Maintain office supplies and report inventory needs. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
