Executive-level management role for a leading provider of traffic signal, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), roadway technology, and transportation infrastructure solutions based near Worcester, MA.

responsibilities:

• Oversee sales, operations, service delivery, project management, business development, and team leadership
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction over Northeast region
• Responsible for scaling the business, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening reputation as a trusted provider of traffic signal solutions
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
• Support strategic customer relationships throughout the region
• Participate in strategic planning, acquisition integration, organizational development, and business transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, general management, business leadership, or executive management roles
• Experience within intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic signal systems, roadway technology
• Experience working with DOTs, municipalities, transportation agencies, contractors, or public-sector infrastructure projects
