About Corridor Corridor is an AI-native employee benefits brokerage built for small employers. The 2 to 200 employee market is the most underserved segment in benefits - the national brokers won't service it profitably, so those employers get handed to payroll companies and PEOs or get nothing at all. We're changing that by rebuilding the entire brokerage stack on AI agents, which lets one advisor serve a book that would traditionally take a team of ten. We were founded in early 2026, are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, and have raised $25M. Our first advisor went from zero to a seven-figure book in under a year. We're now scaling distribution across California, New York, and beyond. Why this role exists At most brokerages, the account manager is the person the client actually knows. You're the one they call when an employee's claim gets denied, when a new hire needs coverage mid-year, when the renewal comes in 20% higher and nobody can explain why. The producer closes the deal and moves on to the next one. The relationship, and the service that keeps it, lives with you. The pay doesn't follow. Producers earn on the book. Account managers get a salary, a caseload that grows every renewal season, and a ceiling. We built Corridor around the opposite idea. Service isn't the back office here - it's the product. The best client outcomes come from the person who knows the client best, so that's who should be winning them. Our AI agents do the work that used to eat an account manager's week: census cleanup, quote comparisons, enrollment paperwork, carrier follow-ups. That frees our advisors to run the whole relationship - win the client, design their plan, and look after them at every renewal. So we're recruiting the best account managers in the industry to become advisors. You'll close clients like a producer, share in the upside of what you close, and keep doing the part of the job you're already best at. What you'll own Your clients, start to finish. Every client you win stays with you from first call through close, enrollment, and every renewal after. You're their named advisor, and the owner and HR lead call you. Inbound demand is handed to you. You're a closer, not a hunter. The complete motion end to end: discovery, quoting through our GA and carrier network complemented by our AI tools, plan design, proposal, close, and implementation. The service bar. Work alongside our AI agents, hold them to your standard, and tell us where they fall short. Your feedback goes straight to the product team. The playbook. What you know about keeping clients - renewals, carrier escalations, the moments that make or break a relationship - becomes how every Corridor advisor works. What we're looking for You're the account manager clients ask for by name. You've spent 3+ years servicing employee benefits clients at a brokerage, and your groups stay with you through renewals because of you. You know the products cold. Small group fully insured, level-funded, PEOs, self-funding, HSA, fringe benefits, ICHRA, ancillary, renewals, and how each carrier's underwriting actually works. You're already doing more than your title. You run the renewal meetings, save the accounts that are about to walk, and field the referrals. You've been doing a lot of a producer's job, and you want the role and the upside that come with it. You're obsessively client-centric. You go beyond what was asked because you know what it costs the client when nobody does. You're excited about AI. You don't need to be technical.
