Print Production Specialist/Variabe Data Print Shop

About Us

We are a variable data print shop specializing in casino and gaming direct mail campaigns. Our work is fast-paced, detail-driven, and requires a high level of technical precision. We produce high-volume, personalized print materials for major casino clients — and we do it right.

What You'll Do

Produce variable data print files using production art in XMPie/Adobe InDesign
Set up and manage print-ready files for high-volume casino mailers
Work with customer databases to build and manage variable data campaigns
Support direct mail presort processing and postal compliance
Utilize Excel for data manipulation, list management, and reporting
Collaborate closely with management to learn shop-specific workflows and standards

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign — this is non-negotiable; you should be able to hit the ground running
Self-directed and independent — you won't be micromanaged; we expect you to own your work
Eager to learn — comfortable observing, absorbing, and mastering new processes on the fly
Attention to detail — variable data and casino work leave no room for error
Solid Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and list processing
Experience with direct mail presort and database management is a strong plus
Ability to troubleshoot file and production issues without hand-holding

Requirements

Must be able to work on-site — remote work is not available for this position
Portfolio or examples of InDesign work preferred
Prior experience in a print production environment a plus
