As a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) on our day shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ordered by healthcare providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans and address resident needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes, medication records, and treatment plans
