Showroom E‑commerce & Customer Care Specialist

MATTEO LLC in Los Angeles is looking for a motivated employee to join their team. Responsibilities include communicating with customers through CRM, locating and shipping store products, managing inventory on Shopify, and assisting customers at Showroom and Outlet store locations. The ideal candidate will have great computer skills, be comfortable in a customer-facing environment, and possess strong organizational skills.
