To support laboratory operations in Denver, Colorado, the full-time Laboratory IT Support Specialist will provide on-site IT support, including LIMS software assistance, hardware troubleshooting, and user training while also managing remote support for additional laboratories across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and various software applications Provide end user support and training for LIMS, ensuring effective communication with laboratory staff to resolve issues promptly Accurately document service requests and maintain relevant support documentation for user self-sufficiency Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of IT support experience with direct user contact or equivalent education/training Experience or education in BioMedical IT is preferred Ability to work collaboratively as part of a geographically dispersed team Customer service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills BA/BS in Information Technology/Systems or 2 years of IT experience
