Join us!Overview:The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDefine solution architecture for programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standardsConduct feasibility and impact analysis for proposed solutionsDevelop architecture artifacts such as:Initial Design Approach (IDeA/POV)Solution Architecture Document (SAD)Data Flow Diagrams (DFD)Threat ModelsProvide guidance throughout the solution lifecycle, from ideation to deliverySupport Agile planning, estimation, and readiness assessmentsEnsure compliance with security, governance, and cloud standardsAdvise on technology platforms, integration patterns, and best practicesRequired Qualifications:10+ years of IT experience, specifically in architecture or engineering5+ years financial services industry experience3+ years of experience in integration services programming and architecture2+ years proven experience in delivery innovated and newer trends in payments / financial networks - specific examples requiredKnowledge of Payments data/object/service modelsKnowledge of HSMs and security modelsKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and governance practicesKnowledge of network integration with 3rd party networks including ACH, RTP and Card NetworksStrong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworksExpertise in designing complex, distributed systemsAbility to create and review architectural artifactsDesired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experienceStrong hands-on experience with cloud technologies - with a focus on AWS8+ years financial services industry experience2+ years Digital payment implementation experience3+ years Previous Bank of America Experience2+ years Proven experience in delivery innovated and newer trends in payments / financial networksMerchant Service experienceAbility to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiencesAbility to simplify complex informationSkills:Analytical ThinkingArchitectureResult OrientationSolution DesignTechnical Strategy DevelopmentApplication DevelopmentCollaborationData ManagementDevOps PracticesRisk ManagementAgile PracticesAutomationInfluenceSolution Delivery ProcessTest EngineeringShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40SummaryLocation: Chandler; Charlotte; AddisonType: Full time
