We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented International Sales Admin to join our global sales team. The admin will support the international sales process, assist in managing global client relationships, and contribute to market expansion strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in international business, sales, and market research within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in researching and identifying new international market opportunities Support the international sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment for global clients Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential international customers Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist in sales strategies and product positioning Support in managing and updating the CRM system, maintaining accurate records of global accounts and sales activities Help prepare sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and customer demand Assist in monitoring international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance issues that may affect sales processes Provide support in organizing international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings Assist in analyzing international sales performance data, generating reports, and providing insights for business development Perform other duties as assigned by the international sales team Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a global team Interest in international business, sales, and global markets Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Fluency in [insert required language, if applicable] is a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus Familiarity with international trade regulations or logistics is beneficial Proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care 401k package with employer matching Paid Time Off Maternity/Paternity leave Full indoor basketball/volleyball court Fully equipped fitness center (cardio, weights, functional fitness area, lockers and showers, etc.) Meditation/Nap room And much more!
