Job Description

The Financial Analyst is responsible for driving financial analysis, modeling, and performance management across the organization. This role partners with leadership to analyze trends, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency. The analyst will work cross-functionally to build reporting, explain variances, and support strategic decision-making.

Essential Skills

• Financial modeling experience.

• Variance analysis (budget vs actuals).

• Budgeting and forecasting experience.

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Analytics, or EPM systems.

• Experience analyzing profitability (customer, product, region).

• Exposure to rebates or pricing analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 2-4 years of financial analysis experience.

Work Environment

The position is fully on-site, providing direct exposure to the CFO and leadership. It offers the opportunity to own financial modeling and analytics across the business in a high visibility role that influences strategic decision-making. There is involvement in ERP and analytics transformation, specifically with Oracle Fusion, Analytics Cloud, and EPM. The company is a stable, family-owned business established in 1901, offering a supportive environment with long-term growth opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
