Senior D2C Web Designer for High-Impact Creative [Remote]

We're D2C Design — a conversion-first design and development studio for the fastest-growing DTC and CPG brands. Senior-only team, no outsourcing, direct access to the work. We've helped 300+ ecommerce brands scale through Shopify, and we're looking for a designer who can own creative across the entire funnel. What you'll do: You'll design high-converting Shopify experiences — PDPs, landing pages, full site redesigns — but you won't stop at the website. We want someone who can carry a brand's visual story across email flows and paid social creative too. One designer, one consistent voice, from first ad impression to checkout. What we're looking for:

• 3+ years designing for a DTC brand (in-house) or a performance/creative agency — you've shipped real work that drove real revenue, not just portfolio pieces
• Strong across web, email, and ad creative — you think in conversion, not just aesthetics
• Mobile-first instincts and a sharp eye for UX that actually sells
• AI in your daily workflow — you're already using AI tools to move faster, generate and iterate on concepts, and produce more without cutting quality. This isn't a nice-to-have; it's how our creative process works
• Figma fluent, fast, and self-directed
