Scrum Master

Responsibilities:• Familiar with Scrum, Kanban and other Agile development methods• Facilitate team events – daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives • Lead, and work alongside, teams of developers, Product Owners, QA staff• Guide, coach, motivate, and lead the team toward high performance and predictable results • Evangelize Agile values and principles throughout the organization • Encourage effective communications between team members and other teams. • Identify and track risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team Remove or help remove impediments. Required Skills• Minimum 8 years of experience including the following:• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software development field• 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence• 1+ years of experience working with SharePoint• 1+ years of experience working with MS Project• 1+ years of experience working on data-centric projects (such as ETL)BS/BA degree or equivalent experience • Scrum Master Certification Desired Skills• Medicaid experience• Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading and editing skills with high degree of accuracy• Excellent communication skills – the ability to understand and articulate complex technical and process conceptsSoft Skills:• Fast learner and eager to learn• Team player• Excellent communication skills• Experience and creativity to succeed when presented with challenges• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFor Colorado CandidatesIn compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $91,000 - 150,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
