Join our vibrant Food & Beverage team and contribute significantly to enhancing our hotel's restaurant and outlet services. As a Host Person, you will be instrumental in the restaurant team's success, offering exceptional guest service with a warm and inviting first impression. We prioritize friendly, courteous, and professional interactions to ensure our guests depart with unforgettable experiences.
Essential Job Functions:
* Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
* Extend a warm greeting to guests upon arrival and express gratitude for their patronage upon departure
* Continuously replenish beverages and condiments, paying special attention to coffee and tea, while regularly checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
* Receive, record, and coordinate reservations and special events at the restaurant
* Aid with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restock supplies as needed
* Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations

* Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs
* Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00
Qualifications:
Education:
* High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:
* Minimum 1-year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
* Hotel experience preferred
* Food Handlers Certification preferable
