Remington Ammunition is seeking an Associate Electrical Controls Engineer . This entry-level Electrical Engineer (Programming & Controls) role focuses on assisting with the development programming and integration of automation technologies. The position supports control system design and PLC/HMI programming.

This position reports to our Director of Enterprise Applications and is based out of our office in Lonoke Arkansas .

You will:

• Assist in developing and programming automation solutions using C C# C and Python.
• Support PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley Red Lion)
• Help integrate control systems with manufacturing equipment and related software
• Assist in developing HMI screens and operator interfaces
• Participate in testing debugging and validating automated systems
• Support documentation efforts including wiring diagrams code comments and configuration control
• Aid in evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support project requirements
• Integrate machine data with MES/SCADA/IT systems for traceability and analytics
• Collaborate with engineering IT and operations teams to develop proof-of-concept and scalablesolutions.

You have:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Foundational experience with programming languages such as C C# C or Python
• Basic understanding of PLC programming concepts (Allen Bradley or Red Lion preferred)
• Exposure to HMI development or industrial communication protocols is a plus
• Understanding of basic electrical and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
